Although I wasn't born in Texas, I sure got here as soon as I could! Not that growing up in Wisconsin was bad - Go Badgers! - but my wife, Heidi, and I have taken quite nicely to all things Texas. Well, everything except the heat, and fire ants; oh yeah, and the alligators. Other than that, we love Texas.
We also love God. Both Heidi and I grew up on Christian homes, knowing God and his Gift to us, Jesus Christ. We have a desire to share that Gift with students. We want to see the students we meet become Christian husbands and wives, moms and dads, and leaders in their communities and churches.
