Check In / Out Procedures
Our Check in/out procedures are designed with your child's safety in mind and encourage good communication between parents and nursery staff.
- Parents are asked to fill our a 3-part sticker, each of which is numbered to match child to parent
- Part 1 of the sticker goes on the child's back
- Part 2 is adhered to the diaper bag or other transitional item
- The last portion is given to the parent to be used as a claim ticket when picking children up from the nursery
Parents who have babies have the option of filling out a baby care form providing details on how to soothe a child, whether a pacifier may be used, how many minutes your child should be allowed to cry before you are called, etc.
Each parent has the option to receive a pager for us to contact you should the need arise. We also contact parents via cell phones, either through a call or text message.
What to Bring
When bringing your child to the nursery, please remember to label all times.
- Diapers, pull-ups, wipes
- change of clothing
- bottles or sippy cups
- comfort items (pacifier, stuffed animal, etc.)
Snacks (goldfish, graham crackers, cheerios, etc) are provided in the nursery, however you are welcome to provide your own.
